INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE / APPOINTMENT SETTER
LOCATION:
Remote
You will be responsible for:
Make outbound calls and texts to potential leads and prospects.
Introduce our services and engage in meaningful conversations.
Schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent American accent and communication skills
Knowledge of windows, roofs, and solar installations is a plus, but not required
Must have a noise-canceling microphone/headset
Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
Reliable backup internet connection
Easily trainable and adaptable to new processes
Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not necessary
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
More than 2 years of customer support experience is a plus
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
